I used to be able to shrink my .jpg files in PhotoEditor and they would still be clear, but now they get distorted and goofy.

What is a good way to reduce the size of a file without distoring it?????

I do put the JPEG quality factor down to around 50, but sometimes that is not small enough, so I resize the image, and it gets distorted...
